Hi, I’m Nikki, the founder of Flowstate Virtual Business Support!

With over 20 years of experience across diverse industries, including major retailers like Cotton On Group, Target, and Virgin Retail UK, as well as tech start-ups like NURVV and Cazoo in London, I bring a wealth of expertise to support your business. Whether you’re running a fast-paced start-up or leading a wellness-focused company, I provide bespoke support tailored to your needs, helping you operate efficiently and grow without the overwhelm.
I live on the beautiful Sunshine Coast after prioritising travel, living abroad, and exploring the world for the last two decades. I love travelling and have been to 43 countries, some multiple times.
I also love the ocean, spending time in nature with friends and my gorgeous little Cavoodle, Max. I’m passionate about wellness and self-development, practising Yin Yoga, Breathwork, and Sound Baths. You can also find me enjoying a craft gin or a spicy margarita at one of my favourite restaurants. Life is an adventure, and I bring that same energy and enthusiasm into my work.
I’m an ENFJ-A and a Manifesting Generator, which means I thrive on connecting with others, leading with empathy, and making things happen. I’m driven by purpose, and I bring a unique blend of creativity and productivity into everything I do.
